We have three steps of packaging to ensure the product is delivered to the destination without any damage.
Step 1: Using EPE foam to protect the two end faces of the aluminum foil.
Step 2: Vacuum and package with aluminum-plastic film.
Step 3: Put it in the quick-release wooden case, which is designed for customs inspection. Label affixed on each side of the crate.

b.Can you customize the packaging?
Yes, we usually use quick-release wooden boxes as outer packaging, and we also accept special-dimension requests for packaging.
c.What price do we pay for a customized sample?
It depends on your customized needs. Different coating sizes result in different quantities of waste materials; therefore, there is some discrepancy in the cost of the sample. Don't worry, all the prices are well-founded.
d.Can products with even thinner thicknesses be customized?
Yes, of course. Besides the thickness scope of 10- 15 micrometres, we have successfully developed and researched thinner versions, which are only 8- 9 micrometres. And we will continue to explore new aluminum foil products with even thinner profiles.
